JAILBREAK Auto ct mic check

It would be nice if there's was an automatic ct mic check on jailbreak for all cts which could be like speak in the first minute or be automatically team swapped or something and would be cool if that was possible

We do plan on seeing if this is possible, but Byte's the only one who can code and he's done a alot already so give it time.

For when byte reads this, check frans voicehook ext as I believe it should be possible.

Cool idea its annoying constantly asking ct's if they have mic to get an answer minutes later.

I'll add a mic check option to warden tools.

Basically will work like this:
- People ask warden to conduct mic check
- Plugin goes through each player, they will get a message on their screen asking them to use their MIC within 10 seconds.
- If they don't -> switched to T team, if they do, goes to next CT player
- Warden is not immune from mic check but dead CT's will be so best to do check at start of round.

Although sometimes there aren't enough players who want to CT and having a player on CT without a mic is a good idea but this is usually only if there are a small number of people on.

Warden can trigger a Mic check. Mic checks should be triggered at the start of a round.
CTs then have 15 seconds to use their mic. If they fail or do not, they will get swapped to the other team.

Marking this as solved for now, feature might have to be tweaked slightly.
