i was thinking earlier after putting my Admin application in and started thinking...
Would it be a good idea for trial admin rank ? So they have admin rights but extremely LIMITED?. as a trial probation period for like a set period of time ? Thoughts on suggestion?

it would be a good idea as a training period for new admins. with commands, situations ect ect ect

Yeah that's what i said as well. I reckon would be a good addition, especially since we are growing a lot more now and have a lot more admins.

And when messing up a reply use the edit option instead of delete (global admins can see deleted posts) You're doing great! I believe in you.

I'd definitely be on-board with this. Given that I don't know you very well at all (which is somewhat negative) as well as your rather lengthy list of contributions to Invex as of yet, (extremely positive) [the two mean I'm a neutral on you for now] you'd be a perfect candidate for a trial for Administrator, were trials implemented.

I like the idea of trial admin, it also gets said trial-admin used to commands and provides a better way for them to know how lenient they should be with punishments as well as what to do in situations.

There no need for an independent trial rank.
If you are given admin it means we believe you will make a good admin, the trial period begins from day 1 and if you make mistakes we will let you know so you can fix them. If you continuously fail to enforce rules then your admin is taken away. Anything an admin does (bans etc) can be easily reverted so theres not much to limit for trial admins anyway. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
