100% Accurate Weapons

Hi Guys, I am currently working on a Combat Surf server of my own and i would like to have the guns be 100% accurate which i know you guys have on your combat surf server, I have looked around on the internet but i can't seem to find the command and where to put it.

If any of you could tell me what the command is and where in my server i should put it that would be great! Thanks
