Gun spamming is essentially a server lag/crash attempt and is treated with seriously.
The punishment is a permanent ban, you had a 1 day ban temporarily as demos/evidence were checked.
Based on the demo + any past issues, your ban may or may not change.
If you have no previous issues and this was a one off, it may be reduced to a 2 week ban instead.
Otherwise, you will have to appeal in 3 months from the ban date.

Also your last line suggesting you will ban evade is not very comforting.
I'll let Forgotten chip in before me or n8 make a decision.

Would have thought you would know better than to gun spam @Viruslist, however; I'm happy for his ban to be reduced to 1-2 weeks, just don't do it again or else you'll be permanently banned... Again

So yeah, when you come of your ban (assuming you do) I hope to see a clean slate from you, no micspam, no nothing, this is your first and last warning.

After talking this over with others on the admin team, I've decided to reduce it to a 2 week ban. Please keep in mind that gun spamming can lag out & crash the server, hence why the ban was upped to perm. Also keep in mind any major abuse caused by yourself in the future will be treated more harshly, due to this event.

(As of now for some odd reason I cannot access sourcebans, however the ban will be edited later this afternoon)
