I can confirm this player was involved in the mic spam.
Generally a warden should turn on priority speaker ASAP when this happens but it didn't help too much in this case.
As this player has no recent mic spam related bans, no ban will be issued but this was abuse.

The admin team have concluded that this is abuse and will now take the appropriate course of action.
