Saying your mental age is 123 as a reason of mute isn't appropriate, if anything it is encouraging more mic spam/abuse by taunting him.
If anything he should be giving a valid reason to actually know what he did wrong and so he could improve.

A kid joins the server starts mic spam and you mute him then you listen to Dandy (BANNED) to unmute the guy thise is honestly favourtism and then you and Dandy keep saying "bye" and saying cya "your getting banned"

Use proper reasons when adding bans/mutes regardless of what the person says etc.
Providing no reason or random reasons like 'shut up/cya/bye' etc will not be accepted and I will remove the ban/mute on sight.
