When trying to talk when priority speaker is on, the message displays saying that you're trying to talk when priority is on, it's a bit too spammy as it's every second, i suggest making it every 2 or 3 seconds to prevent the spam.

meh neutral - I like the idea that it spams you until you understand that PS is on, if it wasn't so often you might not notice

As an alternative, how about text that sits over your chat box saying "PRIORITY SPEAKER IS MUTING YOU" which fades away when you stop talking.
