Default Server Arms/Hands

Surf and Jailbreak now have default/distinct arms/hands for CT and T.
Arms hands are what you see in first person mode, it holds your knife etc.

T uses: fingerless gloves (these are the hairy hands with black fingerless gloves)
CT uses: swat gloves (these are black sleeves with black gloves).

Should we change either of these default gloves?

PS: Eventually a store module will be added so you can pick whatever arms model you want. For now, we will pick a default for all servers until that is added.

It would be really cool if we could get the skins arms etc, eg. The bunana Joe skins twig arms and gokus ones.

Anyway I'm keen for just default on both. Don't really mind.

And I only know a bit of modelling.
