18500 - 32400: Delays round as a rebeller and doesn't actively rebel - keeps going through vents not doing anything, and breaks rule T8.

T8: Rebelling PRISONERS must not delay the round by doing map games or hiding from GUARDS for a long time. Once there are only ONE or TWO non-rebelling PRISONERS left, all rebelling PRISONERS must actively make their way towards the non-rebelling PRISONERS.

94800 - 95100: Favouritism - Not favouritism, the 2 prisoners were already done so there was no need for them to be given a retry. 
96540: Freekills Onion Dip as he never stated anyone was KOS is they didn't correctly complete colour tower (Land in the associating water to the colour of the ledge) - Wasn't actively attempting colour towers anyways, so he was allowed to kill him.
109400 - 111970: Isn't actively assisting warden or CT's and admits to letting the t rebel and kill me at [112100-112300] then goes on to say how he doesn't care and implies the outcome of an abuse report doesn't phase him - He was actively assisting warden, he just went AFK for a couple seconds which is fine, also I doubt he let the rebeller kill you lol, he tried shooting him but missed and said he let him kill you. Typical.
115150 - 115300: Tries to jump onto climb and falls down baiting the t's - self explanitory.

@PureEase will be given a 120 minute CT ban.
