[SERVER] Masta resigns from the Admin Team

Masta has decided to step down as a Surf and 1v1 administrator due to inactivity over the past month or so.
During his time as an admin he has contributed greatly to both administrative tasks and development tasks in Invex.
With his resignation, Masta hopes to focus more on development, bug testing and community events!

The Staff team would like to thank him for all his hard work and effort!
