this is probably worded wrong but you get what I mean changing minutes by a measly 50-200+ extra isn't going to make them more fond of the rules unless they experience them or break them first hand

Having the confidence to go guard and warden helps aswell. Especially if ur new you gotta get the experience.

Like @"Dog" said you kinda need to guard to learn. Instead of complaining to them and/or abusing them (not saying you do bud, lots of people do it tho) maybe tell them what they're doing wrong or give them the link to the JB Rules Thread.

I second this. Why do we see all the abuse reports? Someone hops on plays for 3 hours and thinks guards cant break vents in lr, camping armory is only if the look into it, knifing is included in button freeze. We only see admins on like 3-5 hours a day max and abuse reports take a long time. Just increasing this time will help our community alot.

I don't wanna waste my time abuse reporting a new guard that probably will stop playing in a few days. No-one wants to. So if we increase the pt needed for guard, it will save alot of time. 300-400 minutes is reasonable.
