Disable autobhop and jetpack on zombie and hide n seek since they are not allowed to be use

This won't be added.
People shouldn't use teleport to get to glitchy/unreachable areas period but its fine to use them for other things.

Also, it is up to the warden to state the rules at the start of the round, i.e not jetpack or bhop
