Just wanna point out to the admins, this member app was made 5 days before he should be able to. Tick's response to his unban: https://www.invexgaming.com.au/showthrea...5#pid76915 basically it was the 20/9/17 when he sent that and so he should be able to apply on the 20/11/17 and this thread was posted on the 15/11/17.

So with that it's a -1 but if this were not the case then a +1 from me.
