Report plugin

Earlier tonight was watching some Youtube vids and i saw when someone was playing on a community server, someone typed in the chat:

!report <name> <reason>

Perhaps if we found the same plugin it could help a lot for when there are no admins on.

So when someone joins that has some reports, it will show up in chat when they connect to the server, like the Warning plugin.

(If this plugin actually exists or if just a custom plugin (i looked a little bit on https://forums.alliedmods.net but i couldn't find anything, but i will continue looking tomorrow because i'm tired ATM.))

I'm hoping the servers keep their logs so that the events can be matched up to their time of report

I could see this being spammed a fair bit and clogging up the logs. HOWEVER !! IF we hand out punishments for misuse sternly that may help.

Sure,

we could make it rule not to spam it or make it you can only set one report out to the one client per 1-3 hours maybe?

To clarify for others.

Rejected because we have an abuse page on the forum. A server plugin can easily be made however we'd prefer to have more admins active or have players write a proper report to the server.
