Well byte its kinda obvious.. I saved this ages ago and I had no proof till I found the picture in "My Documents" also Confusion took screenshots of this trade apparently but now when you ask him he says he doesn't have any so we both took screenshots of the trade before we actually confirmed the trade and carry.. so ye.

Also, the reason this was so late because I thought everything was sorted out till Gutterfucker msged me saying "Plan on replying to the thread" and I just came here and replied since you said before to B1, "Its an abuse report, now Viiper has to come on and explain his side of the story.
Anyone can make an abuse report on any player."

Also if you can ask Confusion for any proof he wont have any because he knows that the screenshot he took ages ago when we done the trade was me saying I will carry you for the knife and I did so he will just pretend he lost the screenshot that he took when we first made the trade, all he done was take a picture of the trade which basically means nothing because I never said I didnt get the knife from Confusion I just said I got it and carried him for it.

So thats basically it if you dont believe me go ask Confusion for "proof" to back his side of the story up but till then the knife will be with me.

Confusion has also been really silent the past 4 days or so and all he gave proof of was the trade... so he basically gave no proof to back up his side

I didnt say that you never gave me the knife I said that you gave me the knife to carry you and as I said until you have proof of me saying "Let me have it for 1 game and ill give it back" the knife will be with me and h0pz that was a total different story nothing to do with this...

Also, Confusion was making up some bullshit with B1 saying ViiPER scammed me with the name ViiPER // forgot what was after the // then B1 noticed that wasnt my name the night before and Confusion was just basically silent after that till the next day...

Confusion took screenshots of his trade history at my request, not the trade in its action.

Where did you get the assumption that everything was sorted out?
If you see a Staff member saying "we will wait for x", chances are we're going to wait for x.

Again, he didn't screenshot the trade itself, or the chat to my knowledge. Just the history.

Confusion being silent means nothing. You were silent until I told you to reply to this thread.
He doesn't necessarily need to be debating this report with you either, that's not how courts do it and it isn't how we do it.
The jury debates it, and the defendant defends. The victim, on the other hand, "victims" for lack of a better word.  

Allow me to say what I've already said; there have been communication issues here.
Both you and Confusion are to blame. Confusion didn't phrase his wording nearly as well as he should've, but you didn't interpret his offer as what it was obviously intended to be.
Tell me; do you really believe that he would pay you $60+ for carrying him for a single competitive game at low ranks?
Does that really seem right to you?
I'll throw it out there right now - if that seems right to you I see very little point in discussing this with you.
I can fully and wholly assure you that Confusion was not implying that he would be actually giving you the knife for a single game.
If he was intending that, why would we be having this debate at all?

The fact that you've already sold the knife despite this very present and fairly high-profile scam accusation is damning in my opinion.

Confusion has been foolish to not word his offer clearly enough, but you've been extremely shady to take advantage of that.

This was not a scam, this was simply ViiPER taking advantage of a deal that wasn't explained well. However, if it weren't to be classified as such, it'd be a scam for lack of better term.

You are knowingly asking for something that does not exist.
The way Confusion's offer was worded makes it impossible to directly prove that you "scammed" him. However, it is directly possible to prove that you took advantage of his wording for your own benefit. You are well aware of this.

The following does not represent anyone's viewpoint other than my own. Excuse me if I appear unprofessional.

Let me make something perfectly clear; you are not negotiating. You are defending. You are trying to bargain with me, and it's not going to work; partially because you're fully aware that you're asking for something that does not exist.
As far as I'm concerned, this case has been mostly resolved. Anyone is welcome to come forward with reasoning to state otherwise if needed, but everything on the table right now has been discussed.
ViiPER, if you have clear, firm evidence that you didn't take advantage of Confusion's offer, please present it.
If the conclusion were down to me, I'd simply present you with two options; keep the knife and be permanently banned, or give the knife back and remain a Member of Invex, no tricks or strings attached other than the assuration that any future similar issues will be treated like acidic waste.
However, this means nothing as the conclusion will be handled by a Staff member.

The staff have reviewed all the evidence and we have decided to temporarily ban Viipers account until the original knife (as an item) is returned. Unfortunately this may not happen.

This decision is based on Viipers story, Confusions story but more importantly some information provided by an anonymous user which is conclusive.

Viiper will also have his Invex member status removed but his forum account will remain unbanned so that he can dispute the ban or add further evidence (or perhaps admit wrong doing which may lead to an unban).
