Discord Channel Owner Command

Changes:

• New channel owner command has been added for temporary channels
  
• Anyone can use this command to see who owns a specific text or voice channel
  
• Example: !channel checkowner voice channelnamehere
  
• Shorthand method: !ch co v channelnamehere
  
• A lowercase string contains check is used to find all matching channels.
  
• You can use this command to find out who owns a channel in case you want to ask for perms etc.

or you could go to the command chat and ctrl+f and type channel name to find who wrote the command. ie who owns it.
