I reckon it should be 2 seconds, 50% of your health, 20-30k credits and you should be able to see a faint outline of the person who is using it so they're not completely invisible.

Good Idea, kind of like Cod Black Ops 3 where there's ripples in the character. Although thats probably impossible to code, maybe an outline on the playermodel like on ESP but white instead of red?

I think prisoners already have enough chances to rebel so this wouldn't be fair. Maybe if they couldn't move or knife and just stay there for a second or two it might work

-1 Very OP. Even if its a 1 use per round thing, imagine 15 people all going invis at once and running at you.

-1 with this idea maybe it would be cool that you become invisible but you are frozen so that you can not run away. Just my thoughts on it

sounds like a super fun idea, im sure you can work around for a balance for it. like instead of prue invis its like an active camo in halo 
the more you move the easier it is to see you. and close up you basically are not even camo.
