Can people stop -1 others or posting neutral with the reason "I dont know you/have never see you".
There are bound to be loads of players who you have never met or seen (maybe they play on other servers or they play very little).
Lots of activity (gametime) is not a requirement for member so stop posting this response.
Member applications should be judged based on feedback that matters, some examples I came up with below:
+1 Played a lot with XXX and XXX always follows the rules
+1 Long time player who plays from time to time
+1 Has caused no trouble, fun to play with
Neutral, fun to play with but mic spams from time to time
Neutral, Good player but keeps abusing the XXX glitch
Neutral, Rages at others sometimes
-1 Always mic spams and needs to be muted
-1 Very toxic towards other players
-1 Attempted to scam another player on the server and has been banned recently
