At first he camped armory and this wasn't a big offense but next round he just went all out, abusing Warden Tools and just breaking rules in general. While he was abusing WT (at the start) he was told to stop but he persisted and then after he was done abusing everyone, he disconnected.

300 Minute ct ban for mass freekilling with WT, extended to 420 for inexperience.
