Croatian day round restart bug

Heya!

It happened during the last two maps jb_coast & jb_peanuts.

We were playing 1 round on both maps of Croatian Virus Outbreak, and around 5:30 game time whilst infected are burning, the round just resets itself.

Yeah music played for a while aswell and terrorist could speak.

Okay so there are various things in the code that could cause this to happen.

Are you sure the round didnt end normally? Infected all died, no survivors left?
It could also have been caused by me restarting all plugins.

If it happens again make another bug report please with as much info as you can.
