[JAILBREAK] Special Day Rule

In some special days (most notably I guess, Zombie day) some people hide in completely unreachable spots. I'm not saying they're jetpacking -- I'm talking about spots like the helicopter in surf on Clouds, where it is impossible to reach once it has moved from the end of surf.

The suggestion would be that there would be a rule specifying people can not hide / be in places completely unreachable once activated (again, such as helicopter on clouds).
