What's the best way of earning credits?

You get X amount of credits for just playing on the server (excluding sitting in spec I think).

Some servers give out credits for special things, I think eventmod on surf still gives out credit rewards to winners of event rounds.

People also can gift you credits, some people do if you win a round or do something cool.

Yeah the only way to really get credits is to play the game as much as possible, sometimes people gift you some but just don't beg to people for credits, it's annoying.
