Changes:
- Fall damage/drown damage is no longer applied during special day hide periods. This means if you are frozen under water or happen to fall off high places, you won't die and can still participate during the special day.
- Dying as CT during hide and seek 'hide time' (ie due to suicide) no longer results in you being blind for rest of round. Now you can instantly see again when dying.
- You can now be respawned (by admin) at any time during any special day without issues. Tested and works for: HNS, Zombie Day, FFADM, TeamDM, Hunger Games. This is useful for spawning into special days late (ie join time grace, 30 seconds after round starts). You will be given proper hp/armour or anything else the special day gives you. Note: you may be still be stuck in cells (no teleport occurs) so you will have to ask people to let you out as a T.
