Has previous Vac bans. Very suspicious final kill. minor note he stopped for a good 10 secs once reaching war day location. could have been for anything tho.

I don't think that he's walling just from my experience playing with hackers and being a previous hacker this is either a ghost or just pure luck I mean it looks suss but not enough that I think we can ban him for walling.
