What ArK told me, was that he did slay after a couple of rounds, but I wasn't there myself.

As this looks like a mistake on the wardens behalf and it is a very minor/first offence, he will not be punished but if seen again doing the same thing ctbans will be put in place.

The admin team have concluded that this is abuse and will now take the appropriate course of action.
