Yes this proves you traded it but the context behind is left unknown, provide evidence of him actually scamming...I could show a trade offer with anyone, means nothing. As steam states "this is a gift" you agreeing to those terms is your own fault.

After talking to
Player may make an unban request after he gives back the knife to Jochz. His alternate account will be permanently banned too. The admin team have concluded that this is abuse and will now take the appropriate course of action. This is an automated post.
