Wait, So when I gave 10 seconds for people to go to the beam placed by the warden and the warden repeated the orders for them, they failed to move to the recently placed beam so I sprayed the people not following orders which there were quite a lot of people. I gave more than enough time for them to move with warden repeating orders many times.

can confirm. i was killed. someone also gun planted me so i killed that person and told warden and he was fine yet pure kills me
