Hello all! 
A while ago I saw someone do this but this is more indepth. If you dont understand scripts, binds and configs read this guide.
the <button> is where you input the button that you want it to bind to so, if it says bind <button> "say Hello!" and you want to bind that to 0 you would replace the <button> with 0. If something is in italics it means that you need to paste that into your config. Also if you use binds for jb not listed here, be sure to reply with them so that I can add them to this list.
bind <button> "say /wt"
This brings up the warden menu.
bind <button> "+beacon"
This places a beam/ beacon for you automatically where you are looking.
bind <button> "say /lr"
This just brings up the lr menu without you having to type anything.
bind <button> "say /nominate"
This will bring up the nominate menu without you having to type anything.
bind <button> "say /tp"
bind <button> "say /fp"
These two will change between third person and first person but if you want it to be bound to one button do this:
alias p tp
alias tp "say /tp; alias p fp"
alias fp "say /fp; alias p tp"
bind <button> p
This will switch between the two with one button press.
bind <button> "say /tp"
This will switch between third person and first person in one press of the button, also without putting it in chat so no one will see what you are doing.
bind <button> "say May I Please Be Forgiven Mr/Mrs Warden [You Must RESPOND Or I Will Cry Evry Tim]"
This one can be changed and customized to your own personality but this one is mine.
bind <button> "say Run, Jump, Throw. No Bhop/ Jetpack. No GE. No Knifing or Shooting the Gun. Gun out at all times. Throw before landing."
This is the default gun toss bind but this can be customised if you prefer different rules.
bind <button> "slot2; drop"
This is for gun tosses where you can have your knife out as soon it switches to deagle it throws it.
bind <button> "say !rule <rule>"
Here replace the <rule> with a rule you put in chat often so it is even easy to tell people off or go for admin (*cough* @"SauSage" s9 *cough*)
bind <button> "kill"
This slays you so incase if you accidentally break a rule.
bind mwheelup +jump
bind mwheeldown +jump
These will make it easier to bhop if you haven't purchased it, this is the one where you don't put in your own button. Just spin your mouse wheel up or down to get a bhop.
bind <button> "say /shop"
This will bring up the shop with one press of the button.
bind <button> "say https://www.invexgaming.com.au/showthread.php?tid=840"
This is for when those Prime certified V E G G I E S come on and they try the broken !rules or break the rules just press this button and watch them improve.
bind <button> +jetpack
This is for those of you that just got jetpack and are looking to use it.

This one is for when you have that really cool and funny joke prepared for talent/joke day and you dont have a mic. While it is a bit obvious for this one replace the <joke> with your joke of choice, be sure to test it in game because there is a character cap of 126 that can cut your joke off early.
Forgotten:
bind <button> "toggle voiceenable"
This toggles on and off between hearing and not hearing other players. So you don't have to hear toxic mic spam.
Magikarp:
bind <button> "say Whooski is Pooski?"
This gives you a top kek, dab on them haters meme in chat.
