!ptcheck for all players

Im pretty sure as of now !ptcheck is only available to admins. I think everyone should be able to do it. 

I had a situation once where someone who i had never seen before was breaking many rules and freekill get lots and I assumed they were just new as they were acting very inexperienced. I later found out that this person had a 20k + pt and that were well aware of the numerous rules they were breaking. Since there was no admin on and I don't think anyone present really knew the person we all assumed they were knew.

I don't see any reason why pt should be hidden to other players since there is a pt leaderboard we should be able to easily check other people's pt ingame.

Let me know what you guys think!

Its not that hard and doesn't need lotta of effort to come here instead of making Byte working on some useless stuff he can use his time to organize comp night more often.

why not have it show up in your own console, so others dont see it but you do.

(If it was implemented, i dont think it is a priority though)
