When entering a telly there is no rule that states a person all ready in that telly had to wait 3 seconds so that needs to be enforced , and the whole he shot first thing when entering telly need to be cleared up

Yeah honestly a lot of rules are just common sense, however people like to lie and twist rules in order to avoid a slay.

I'll be happy to go into more detail with the rules, which could maybe be added to "!rules" (which btw is not currently working).

Once you enter a telly you should honestly just attempt to make your way out of the tele, this will ensure that you won't telecamp anybody. As stated before this rule is common sense really.

Okay so a comprehensive Surf rules list was in the works but was never finalised.
I'm really busy these days so I don't know when it will come out but I'm probably going to have to rely on Surf Admins on doing most of the legwork.
