[JAILBREAK] JB Round Modifiers

Bring back round modifiers as special days for JB.
I don't remember what the modifiers were but here are some ideas,

- Walking only
- Drugs day
- Low gravity
- Super speed (like the knife fight LR)
- Increased max velocity (so you can bhop at faster speeds)
- Uncapped velocity?

I remember that this got removed because no one used it, but with these different ideas than we use to have like from super speed and below I think more people will select this type of special day +1
