Rems Weapons (!RW) V3.06

[Bot Invex]

Changes:

• Fix long standing memory leak that would cause !RW to stop working randomly until the next map change/server restart
  
• The above bug was more noticeable the more users were the plugin (i.e. it got worse as our VIP count went up during the VIP sales)
  
• This may possibly help with current crashes on 1v1 (Please report any crashes you see!)
