Like i said before, i don't have beef with anyone here but i do know that renegade does have guns which are already spawned in. And if you throw them around its not break any rules. because the definition of "Gun spam" is "Mass spawning in guns and attempting to lag the server by moving them around or spawning them in", Since the guns are already spawned i wouldn't consider it gun spamming because its not creating any new entities which is what causes the server to lag(creating mass amounts of entities)

I was there when he "gun spammed" I saw him throwing all the guns around and Jubbimo told me this is gunspam as giving the guns physics stresses the server further. I dont know if it counts as gunspam or whatnot but thats what I witnessed.

BTW Jubbimo where did you get his info that "giving the guns physics stresses the server?" because I don't think you've run a csgo server and I know for sure it doesn't display in chat

Wrote: BTW Jubbimo where did you get his info that "giving the guns physics stresses the server?" because I don't think you've run a csgo server and I know for sure it doesn't display in chat I am pretty clued in on how tech works. Custom built a pc, made many a project through java and such (including physics based benchmarking software). And giving anything physics increase computing power needed for said physics. This is because to have realistic looking physics the servers system has to make certain calculations. These calculations take processing power which if pushed too far it can be to the detrement of the overall stability and performance of said server. Just sending to clients that the weapon exists is far, far easier than giving each and everyone one of those weapons physics that takes a ton of precious processing power. The model of the weapons itself is mainly a client side thing as it is what renders it. The server just needs to send that information. Any person with some idea of how computers work could tell you this...

ok again, don't mean to comment but this does trigger me. Have you ever been on say a gmod server. You can spawn in a prop and move and do what ever you want with it right, if you got heaps of props then obvs the server would start lagging because there are many ENTITIES which cause the server to lag cause there is to much within a condensed world. Now if you have a set amount that people are allowed to spawn/already spawned in items then what ever is done with that wont really hurt the server. This was just a way i could but it as basic as i could. Basically the more entities the more lag, set entities wont do much, and yes i get where you are coming from but with servers they are kinda similar but in this case it should make any difference in this case. Don't have beef with either i'm just trying to state the fact that this has nothing involved with what is actually going on. I know this from experience when i was testing the rust server out so that's where i got that from(ik its a different game but basically the same when hosting servers)
