I'm wondering how CT38 is to be interpreted during LR period as it is being interpreted differently by several members of the community.

"CT38: GUARDS and WARDENS cannot give orders to SURVIVING PRISONERS in any way. This includes telling them to FREEZE. However, they can order that a SURVIVING PRISONER begins an LR within 30 seconds and does not come dangerously close to any GUARD."

Does this mean that during LR the only time limit you can give is 30 seconds?
As well as this is there anything against delaying while out of LR but in LR period?

Been having high choke % on jb a lot when theres a lot of people but the sv/var/ping/loss is all pretty normal I think this is due to the rate being unchangeable.

As you can see here on another server if I set my rate this low my choke is pretty high, I'm not sure how the tickrate affects this.

I turn my rate up instantly fixed.

So not that I'm saying anything about the recent bhop scripting bans on jb, but it's REALLY not hard to bhop without auto bhop so it's pretty difficult to actually tell if someone is bhop scripting or not. This plugin is used on a lot of KZ/HnS servers as a way of preventing that, essentially it checks how many times someone is scrolling and if its an insane number or high consistency such as 25+scrolls per bhop (which is generally how an ahk script/mouse macro/etc works as it just spams space) it will kick/ban them. As said this also works if its SUPER consistent such as always a 1 or 2 scroll pattern with every bhop being perfect. It's pretty hard to actually bypass without using a humanised bhop which makes it so a certain % of bhops will be good which in that case auto bhop is just always better, it also has a !bhopcheck command that allows you to check peoples scroll patterns, so a normal scroll pattern might look something like this. The only issue I see is that this may conflict with autobhop but I'm sure just removing the automated bans/kicks and just having the !bhopcheck command would be helpful enough if this is the case. It also has other features that make it pretty hard to autostrafe or MSL.



Towards the end of this video there are 3 clips that may be either auto bhop or scroll wheel it should be fairly obvious for some but I want to see if people can tell which ones are auto bhop/scroll wheel. I know this isn't really the right section for this but it does sorta show whether people can tell that people are auto bhopping or not and therefore shows if a plugin like this is necessary or not. I'll edit this post later with the answers. Also parts of it are louder/than others because I try to move my mic closer to my mouse but you couldnt hear the scrolling anyways so rip.
