Make a post on the forums in the support and bug reports section (if you don't make one you will be ignored until you do).
PM an admin or staff member if you have no reply for at least 72hours

If you have general questions about the community or server such as ("what does jet pack do?" or "what is the veteran rank?"):
Make a thread on the forums
Ask in our Discord server

Have been playing till the servers broke down, enjoyed it. Barely played the other servers while they were still up but got some time on it.

So yeah most special days (especially Warday or any day where armoury is used when there is a lot of people) the server lags to the point where you can't move without being rubber banded and in some cases the server crashes.
