i was just joining and people where saying hi and i just mumbled for 5 seconds then tick banned me for 24 hours for mic spamming. but when other people mic spam they dont get banned they just get a mute. i though it was a mute first not a ban?
On about 2:30 first round of Combat Surf I play i go into prison I kill someone that comes in it was the admin. He slayed me without warning straight up. I ask why did I get slayed he responded saying "prison camping". someone else says that "I should have just gotten a warning first not a slay" I had no clue who slayed me at the time and I just carried on. Next round I died and I see in spectate the same thing happen and that guy didnt get a warning at all or a slay. I turn on my mic to say that he did it and why didnt he get slayed. the admin says I didnt see and I say why arnt you in spectate if you are the only admin to watch the game. after this I was telling him that he was a bad admin I also mention that this server was a kind of dead. We start arguing more while I was saying some things a few people were arguing with me that paid admin ship is bad. (I never said the server was bad I only said it was a bit dead". Server changes map now he never makes any attempt to warn me or anything and he as an admin should not be retaliating in a way that he is but moving on. Map changes nothing really happened then after a while he says "servers so dead isnt it" in a very annoying tone. I start criticizing him that he doesent understand what Prime Time means. More arguing happens and still no warning or anything he just keeps retaliating. after a while he starts saying "are you from new Zealand?" I respond "What has that got to do with anything" he resonds saying "because you sound like and idiot and I cant understand anything" (Im not new Zealand but i don't stand for this especially from an admin) "I tell him that is a bad thing to say" while people are still agreeing with me he goes quite then... my game freezes and im banned from invex. I love the server but couldn't believe that they would let and admin that bad in.
Conclusion
Anyway my final say is that I got banned with no warning while arguing with the admin for him being rude, intolerant and not understanding that basics of running servers.
Me and Peace were playing until peace gets slayed for jail camping. Then Peace gets slayed agian for not jail camping but another person was jail camping. I believe that jynxx was targeting peace since he was aruging why he was slayed. Until the next map was loading me and peace were aruging why he got slayed then jynxx changed the subject but i dont know what they were saying until jynxx were threat New Zealand about there timezone how its different. I was mad that he was saying how its weird over there and he kept going about it so me and peace told him "his a bad admin!" "why would you even pay for admin when your going to be rude like that!" and without any warnings he ban. My friend XOX_SCHOL_SHOOTER_XOX was tellling him why he was ban? jynxx didnt repied but another player said "you gonna get ban if you keep saying that!" then jynxx put him on silent. jynxx was showing admin abuse using his powers agianst us.

So I am trying to play csgo again but everytime I try to launch it it says failed to create d3d drive, does anyone know how to fix this because it is fucking me off alot.
A lot of incidents has happened over the course of the previous months, all relating to inexperience. Imo we should raise the !pt time from 180 (or the current) to something higher. Too many CT's are free killing and breaking rules.
At least make it so when a player queues for guard for the first time, maybe put a message with the rules or with a text regarding if you have read the rules, this may help some people.

so it happen on the last round right after warden died, the new order were button freeze face your feet and ofc time between warden died and new order were like 2-5 sec so i were somewhere else not with the stack. waiting for new order then this faggot just 1 tapped me thinking that the order is still rush to the beam and button freeze, when the shit warden is dead.
