at the end of special days such as  Hunger games, TDM, FFA, and OITC there should be a display for most kills in chat as well. also the winner and the highest killer get credits.
The award should also stack so if highest kills gets 25 and winner get 50 if the winner also has highest kills they should get 75

Hey guys I need some help,
so I've noticed have pictures/gif in there signatures and that looked pretty cool to me.So I went on my pc then tried to copy and paste the gif onto the signature I pressed update and then I came with the website URL not the actual gif itself.ive tried everything that I could think of but nothing worked.Please tell me how I am put my gif on my signature

Changes:

• Changed how One in the Chamber works due to mass request. 1 shot is still 1 kill with Deagle/Knife. You can no longer pick up deagles or drop your deagle. When you die you do not drop a deagle. Knife kills award 1 extra bullet meaning you can accumulate more than 1 bullet by knifing (no cap).
  
• Guns spawned from deagle gun spawners now give you the same amount of bullets you previously had during One in the Chamber days (in other words, using the gun spawner is useless).
  
• One in the Chamber is now fully compatible with RW VIP plugin (reported by Kaos, @"Llyynx", @"Phat" )
  
• All FFA game modes (HG, FFADM, OITC) will now print out the winners number of kills in chat at the end of the round
  
• Center alert text now prints the special day name when warden starts a special day for 8 seconds to make it extra clear when its a special day
  
• Center alert text now shows a 5 second countdown before a special day becomes active (for HG, Zombieday, FFADM, Team FFADM, OITC)

So when you have no bullets u can go armoury and get a refill.. can that be changed since its really unfair to players who actually dont camp armoury...

All it is, is in one in the chamber when you have no bullets and use !ws to change skin it gives you a bullet. 

This could be used to get an advantage over other players which isnt fair.

How the glitch works is if someone stands in the top left cell of renegade and players who join the server and pick T side and aren't spawned in because the round is already started there gun spawns in the cell without the player.

Lately i have become really active on our surf server and decided to make and admin application.

The reasons i think this will be beneficial is because i am well known around the surf community and i will find it really easy to interact with the players. Also i am familiar with the rules and have previous admin experience.
