Unsure of what is happening with the rw plugin so my suggestion would be to use the !pk plugin.
I've seen this on other servers lately but I'm unsure as to whether it is allowed or not.
Pros: Has some of the best skins there eg. fade marble fade orion dragon lore etc.
Has the ability to have any condition from bs-fn
Has StatTrak
Records your kills with StatTrak and isn't buggy
You don't have to have a awp/usp/whatever to choose your skins on that weapon
Cons: Takes a while to load
Is irritating to use
Can't use skins that don't exist on the weapon eg. dragon lore bowie knife
Doesn't have every skin you want just the common ones
Directs you to a site which means you have to stop to select skins which can take a while
Can take a second for the skin to load

This is in my kindest regards to you vulture, you are an great person, great warden and a fun guy to play with, but this is about your admin rank. Of course I'm in no position for me to say that you should or shouldn't have admin, but I'm simply expressing my opinion which is what I thinks needed, you are an active person, but not an active admin. With what I've seen and a few others that I've mentioned and a few more I forget they can comment themselves, I've seen when the server is literally kaotic that you haven't done anything, I was telling everyone to stop and all you were doing was trying to warden, this happened for a couple maps. When you did finally do something, all you did was try and get your voice over them and it turned into even more mic spam, A few people have said to me that they've seen it also, you are a great person but I have seen it a few times. I think you need a little more time and reapply for admin.
I don't want any roasting in the comment just if you've seen anything extra you'd like to add or not, vulture your a good man but I think personally we should get an replacement and for you to have a break and come back new and improved.
#1. As @Slender stated in his post, and much like my post on the thread, any V.I.P or Island cell should be considered a normal cell unless specified otherwise, t's take one step over the bridge (on clouds) and button freeze facing their island.
#2. Special Rule Number 10: The rule clearly states that a special day CANNOT be started if a prisoner has been KILLED OR DIED.
Definition of Killed: (In regards to jail-break terms) Being sent to spectate by another player.
Definition of Died: (In regards to jail-break terms) Being sent to spectate by someone else's, or your own actions.
Could we please get clarity on this rule, because admins say it's alright to start if people type kill into console or they are moved to spectate as they were afk, or fail a jump on clouds which results in them dying. However, the rule states that if any prisoner has been killed or died you can't do a special day?

The last couple of hours I have been on the 1v1 server and discovered you can't hear or talk to the people on the opposite team. Swo-Z Im pretty sure also noticed this happening as well as most of the server.
