So recently i have been reported by Ownaj. I am a reguler player and i don't usually have any issues with people but at this point it has gotten out of hand and every time he is online he is giving me warnings and muting/gagging me.
FIRST TIME - About a week ago
So a last week he muted for for 15 minutes because we where button frozen for over a minute and i used mic and shouted for the warden to give us orders, after asking for orders once and being ignored i asked again and that is when i got muted. I got no warning or anything and a 15 minute mute is pretty insane for me only asking twice and not even being loud. I then asked Ownaj why i was muted in voice chat via normal chat when he died and he would not give me any reason, i asked a second time and i got no response, out of frustration i typed in chat "What a bad admin", i was then gagged for 30 minutes. I contacted Gandalf via steam chat (you can ask him this he was there the whole time) and i told him what had happened and asked him if it is worth making a abuse report for and he said "probably not". So i listened to Gandalf and just let it go. I have no evidence of this event but thought i would chuck it on the report anyways.
SECOND TIME - 13/06/2016
So we where playing on the Canyon Waterfall map and it was a hunger games, i was playing the round at the invis box under gun room. There was about 5 people left as i made my way to the big doors that open to outside, i saw someone in medic and shot him with my awp. I then carefully continued to head toward the elevator that leads to the top of the waterfall. As the elevator was about to reach the top the beacons came on to actively hunt, at this point there where only 3 of us left. As soon as the elevator reach the top i started walking toward the top of waterfall room checking as i went, I heard gunshots and looked down outside medic, one of them was in medic and the other was on the roof next to medic, i had clear vision of both of them. I shot the one on the roof and then continued to attempt to shoot the one in medic, i missed about 3-4 shots then killed him and won the hunger games. As soon as the round ended i celebrated and Ownaj said in voice chat "Dangers i should of slayed you for not actively hunting, and i will next time" I asked how i was not actively hunting because i was shooting them the whole time and could see them the whole time and he muted me. I then asked why i was muted a few times and he gagged me and gave my account a warning. So according to ownaj if you can see someone long range with a awp you have to keep moving toward them at all time until you are knifing range. And even if he is right how can he mute/gag me for 30 minutes and give my account a warning for just asking him how that is not actively hunting.
THIRD TIME - 14/06/2016 ~11am
We where playing with about 6 or 7 people on the server and some new guy that was still learning the ropes freekilled it was clearly a accident and he was sorry about it once he knew he could not do that and he swapped to T to learn better. Someone had messaged ownaj about the freekill and then ownaj came online 5 minutes late and yelled at him and said that he can't do that (fair enough) and that he can't punish him because he did not see it. 10 minutes later of playing we where all having fun playing he said to the guy he killed "Hey i'm really sorry about freekilling you i did not know". All was well and good but then ownaj says over mic "SO YOU ARE CONFESSING TO THE FREEKILL THEN?" myself and 3 others all said on mic "SAY NO"/"Don't say you did it he will ban you", ownaj then says "*NAME* Did you freekill?" i then said "No he didn't, please don't be a cunt to him dude". The noob guy said "yes i did but im really sorry" and then instantly ownaj mutes me for 15 minutes and gives me a second server warning, i asked in chat what i even did because i was not sure at this point and his said "You got got the warning and mute for lying about a freekiller and calling him a cunt (I never called him a cunt i said "please don't be a cunt to him")". I then said that i never called him acunt and that you can't give me a server warning just for saying he did not do aynnthing, he then gagged me for another 15 minutes.
I don't really have much evidence except for the few photos attached, there is the server demo's but i could not manage to find the right map for some reason, ownaj has told me that he can supply demos to all these times so maybe he can help resolve this for himself by posting the demo (if he dares).
I know he most likely will not get in trouble for this but i have noticed there are a lot of abuse reports on him so maybe this will add to the bunch of stuff and when he most likely abuses again he might get punished. When i warned him that i would make a abuse report he seemed to be very cocky about it as if he is the owner of the server or something.
He seems to have a attitude that imo does not suit a admin, he rarely helps new players or anyone for that matter. I think there should be a evaluation of his admin.
Hey guys, I've been thinking about suggestions to improve the jailbreak servers and I think I have come up with an okay one, essentially what it is instead of the microphone check, It's a rule check. I don't think it should be swapped instead of the microphone check I just feel like it would benefit some of the people having to deal with unexperienced T's, The way it would work is
The admin's+ would have an command !rulec that would freeze everybody and he would then ask the CT's a certain rule that's not general knowledge or even ask the CT's a question, if they get it wrong they will be swapped, It would be done whenever an admin comes online or at the start of every new map excluding the first couple where everyone is getting on to CT the rest is in the example.
This example would be if no admins were online and people were getting frustrated at a inexperienced CT
eg:
Sto gets angry because an inexperienced CT doesn't know what he's doing for a couple of rounds
Sto then calls Ownaj to come online
Ownaj comes online and hears there's complaints about an inexperienced ct and see's it for himself
At the start of the new round Ownaj then has a command !rulec which he uses
Ownaj then asks x " Could I have a rule about hide and seek " or " Can you kill someone for throwing an grenade and becoming an rebel "
X then replies and if he gets it incorrect he must be swapped
Ownaj then says " Watch a couple of ct's and also read the rules "
When Ownaj has finished he re-types !rulec unfreezing everybody, He then looks at the time at the top and deducts one minute of it for example it was 11:40 when he's finished he would say "Freeday is now at 10:40".
I've put a lot of thought into this hoping it could be implemented as I think it would help.

I think a few other reasons is that I've made quite a few suggestion on the post and on private messages, I've also helped a few admins with problems on the servers.
From all the comments given to me on my previous members apps I feel like I've improved since them and am no longer doing those things
I have talked to a lot of new members and helped a few newcomers on the servers
I have also tried to play a bit more in the daytime instead of night as my usual times
Hi, a long time ago I was banned for "Advertising" on your server(s) and look I will admit I did and that I was so wrong to do it, I'd also like to admit that It was stupid and ignorant to do and that I would probably never do it again because i'll most likely regret it. So here's what happened, a few (of my mates and I were chilling and we were bored so all three of us came onto your servers and put the tag in our name which prompted you to ban us, I'd also like to say that the admin De-Amo (LOL) was on at the time and he could've of done something about but he didn't and then we were soon later banned offline.
These two individuals have received numerous bans/ctbans/warnings/kicks/mutes/gags/silences for all of their recent actions. These include Mic spamming (ALOT), Racism, Not listening to wardens orders, When admins are not present they mic spam/abuse, Spamming credit inds when they get gagged/muted to annoy admins, Being a general nuisance, freekills, SCREAMING FALSE ORDERS!, giving false reports on people saying we have to slay/ctban. These reasons can be backed up by the numerous people i have stated as witnesses.

I have constantly been abused by ownaj and i just ignored it and couldn't be stuffed submitting a report, but now is the last straw i cannot be stuffed by putting up with all of this. Everytime he comes on i get Banned/Muted/Gagged/Silenced/CTbanned/Ragebanned for no reason. One time i caught him on a combat surf server mic spamming and everyone told him to stop and he didnt and i called him out saying "Stop abusing ur powers" and he just kicks me or bans me i dont remember but it is either one. I always joke around here and there and when i say innocent jokes he takes it soo seriously like he has something against me. He always tries to find something to ban and mute me for and i had enough.
I was banned no reason besides a lucky shot and silvers being salty. i would not hack on a server/community i been apart of longer then any1 else on the server as i played it about 1 week after release date.
I don't know how hard this could be because i am not a programmer/computer intelligent, but my suggestion is:
Controlled mute
Basically a better priority talk, only 3 ppl (like BH) can talk. Selected from warden's menu and this includes ts and cts. Maybe it was scrapped because it was cancer, but someone also suggested a mute option. Plsadmins, make this happen.
The 'priority talk' isnt enough since some prisoners/guards need to talk but can't because cancerous ppl spam mics.
