Added a bit of colour to highlight the wardens chat.

Also added a menu that appears at start of round and when the warden dies to make it easier/quicker for CT's to claim warden.
Although !w still works.

How about an aus-gf themed round

Why do you want to be an admin on Invex Gaming?  I believe that I'm very active on the forums and the surf server as well as a long time player to know how to operate and that I qualify in dealing with people doing the wrong thing e.g spammers, free killers or anyone need a ct ban for some reason needing a mute or ban
