So basically, 1v1 keeps breaking. Nobodoy can pick a team and they are just stuck in spec. The only way to fix it is if everyone rtv's or an admin changes the map.

This has happened to me once after a map ended. It was just stuck on the end-game scoreboard. The map had to be manually changed. I'm not sure if this is related.

I think a game update came this morning, might be related to it, not 100% sure of it though.
