ye this happened for me once, I unplugged my modem and restarted the pc as the modem was booting back up and it worked fine after that,

UPDATE:
I followed the link that Forgotten has sent me https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/f...=294907357 and put +27007 in the launch options and it has worked ever since  thanks everyone for the suggestions appreciate it

I don't think the server has blocked you from the firewall.
