try verify game cache, reinstalling, removing CC cleaner or any idle achievement software

I've had this problem a few times, dunno if the same thing will help for you but yeah.
Go to your steam settings > In-Game > In-Game server browser: Max pings / minute and try lowering this from 5000 to like 3000, seemed to help for me temporarily at least anyways. unluhkyy
