Can confirm, only happened on FFA and for that map. Not sure what causes it.

Well im pretty sure All players get spawned if they join before 30 seconds into the round. So that could be it.

It might be worth saving the relevant demo for me to fix later.
Ie download it now while it is available, upload it to mediafire.com or another hosting website, and link it here. That way I have a video to use to try and see why this happened. Although if it was within first 30 seconds of the round then its no surprise what happened (grace respawn).
