Recently shit ct's have been giving orders such as : Stay in cells when cell doors open and button freeze
Then waiting till like 11 to let people out to do anything. This is shit. Stop these bad ct's from doing it.

i originally thought you had to give them orders to step out of cells for the orders to be valid guess i was wrong, it confuses a lot of t's especially new players when cells are open and everyone is still inside +1
