Prioority Speaker not working on map Peanut // Jailbreak

Toggling priroty speaker on jb_peanuts doesn't seem to work. This has happened to me on 2 occasions.

Soooo nothing works of it? Its purpose is to mute T's while the warden is speaking. Ct's don't get muted and everyone is unmuted when the warden stops talking. On a side note, not sure if its still happening but VIP's used to be able to talk over PS.

I know the purpose of it, but was unaware of the fact that VIPcc ould possibly talk over. This could possibly be the problem.
