Bhop Scripting and Auto Bhop

Plugin is 20x better than a script, You will never outhop a plugin so eh.

Bhop provided by hacks is just as good as the sourcemod plugin equivalent.

Bhopping can be detected very easily by SMAC.
If somebody is hitting perfect bhops (jumping on exact tick that they hit the ground) then this can be detected.
If they also don't own auto bhop then you can make an abuse report, we can confirm and warn/ban.
