Surf FFA Deathmatch ws + reloading

If you equip a ws skin and kill someone it doesn't auto reload. If you picked up someone elses ws skin and used it you'd also experience the same bug.
I've disabled gun dropping and dropping on death so others don't experience it, I'll revert it if it can be fixed.
