if i havn't got it after 14 months... idk why you're looking for it xd not trying to sound mean but people have been playing a lot longer then you, it's earned through maturity and activity i guess and your contribution to the server (why i havn't got it)

Those are only some of the requirements. It's given out on a case by case basis and at our discretion. Either way, it's not something that can be asked for either, asking will automatically result in a decline or a have a negative bearing.
