Top player of 1v1 Server has been VAC Banned?

Should probably double check though, he might've been vac banned in another game like TF2

Plenty of people can have VAC Bans when they weren't even cheating (I've heard people say they got a VAC for playing around with L4D files or playing with modded COD clients)

E.G @ha has a VAC, and he's #2 on the server, doesn't mean he cheats.
